Lesson Details
Lessons are given weekly in 30*, 45 and 60 minute increments.
Lesson begins upon teacher arrival. Students should have their instrument assembled and music ready. The last 2-3 minutes of each session are reserved for teacher notes, instrument disassembly and, if desired, parent consultation. Parents can also check the student’s music notebook for assignments and teacher comments.

Payment Policy
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. If LESS than 24 hours notice is given the full lesson fee for that day is forfeited.
If MORE than 24 hours notice is given:
Please schedule doctor/dentist appointments on non-lesson days. Missed lessons interrupt student progress. Be sure to check school calendars, sports schedules, and vacations 4-6 weeks ahead of time for potential conflicts. 90% of the time, lessons can be rearranged if notice is given well in advance.

Payment Policy
- All lessons are to be pre-paid monthly for the full month.
- Payment is due prior to the 1st day of each month.
- Payment can be made during the last lesson of the preceding month.
- Check, cash and credit cards+ are accepted.
- Other student expenses may include books and supplies.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. If LESS than 24 hours notice is given the full lesson fee for that day is forfeited.
If MORE than 24 hours notice is given:
- Students may reschedule the lesson within the same week as the absence or receive a credit.
- While every effort will be made to reschedule the missed lesson, rescheduling is contingent upon the student and teacher’s mutual availability and, therefore, cannot be guaranteed.
