In-Home Lesson Rates

Tuition
During the school year, tuition covers 36 weeks of study from September 1st - June 15th and is payable in eight equal payments. Quarterly payment is available and given a 5% discount. A $100 non-refundable registration fee is due yearly. During the Summer, ongoing weekly lessons are priced the same as weekly lessons during the school year. Intermittent lessons are also available during the summer months at a higher rate.

Missed Lessons
Refunds, credit or make-ups are not given for lessons canceled by the student. Should a conflict arise, students may opt to be on a Neighborhood Swap List with other students in their neighborhood or a Studio Swap List for students who travel to Karen's Studio. Students are responsible for arranging their own lesson swap before notifying teacher.
Discontinuing Lessons
Students may discontinue lessons by giving one month's advanced notice. Any unused Quarterly Fees will be reimbursed.

- Late Payment Fee is $25.00.
- Payment is collected during the last lesson* of the preceding month.
